Recruitment Process

We start by understanding your staffing needs in detail (specialties, timelines, culture). We then present pre-screened, fully qualified nurse profiles for your review. You select the candidates to interview and make direct offers.

Absolutely. You have full control over interviews and final hiring decisions. We facilitate and support each stage, but the final choice is always yours.

Timelines vary based on visa categories and candidate readiness. For U.S based or visa ready nurses, it can take as little as eight weeks. For international candidates requiring full immigration processing, it typically ranges from two to six months.

Yes. We source and match nurses for ICU, Med-Surg, ER, perioperative, long-term care, and other positions based on your needs.

Licensing & Compliance

All our nurses have passed the NCLEX and complete credential evaluations and state licensing before starting work.

We primarily support visas H1-B1 (for Singapore and Chile) and TN (for Mexico and Canada), but also EB-3 and H1-B if needed. All visas are employer-sponsored and fully compliant with U.S. immigration regulations.

The healthcare employer acts as the official petitioner (sponsor). MedGlobal manages the entire process on your behalf, from petition filing to final arrival.

Yes. We provide end-to-end support with credential evaluation, NCLEX preparation, state licensing, visa coordination, relocation logistics, and arrival orientation.

Cost & Contracting

We charge a transparent placement fee to be paid on the nurses start date. We also offer volume programs.

No. All fees are disclosed upfront. There are no hidden costs, unexpected charges, or fine print.

Yes. We provide support throughout the nurse's onboarding and offer retention follow-up. If a candidate does not complete the initial period as agreed, we discuss replacement or credit options tailored to your needs.

Post-Hire Support & Retention

We offer ongoing support, including check-ins with your HR team and the nurse, to address any early challenges and ensure successful onboarding.

 Our direct hire model fosters stronger commitment and long-term engagement. Additionally, we guide employers on best practices for international nurse integration and cultural adaptation.
